Submersible Drainage Pumps

Dewatering

Submersible pumps which are constructed entirely of AISI 304 Stainless Steel. Motor cooling is provided by a heat exchange chamber which allows the pump to operate for extended periods at low water levels. Suitable for drainage of seepage water, domestic waste water, swimming pools, industrial applications and surface irrigation.

Dewatering

The body of the motor and pump is made of rigid cast iron for long-lasting durability. Greatly increased maximum submersion depth due to Mechanical Seal resistant to high pressure (0.5Mpa). Semi-open impeller made of high chrome alloy match with wear plate (ductile iron) achieves superior durability. Effective motor cooling due to discharge channel cast as part of the motor housing. Hermetically sealed motor equipped with built-in thermal protection.

Booster sets are supplied complete with Jet-A self priming centrifugal pump, 24L pressure vessel, pressure switch, connector, hose & gauge. Suitable for domestic and industrial booster systems, washing & small irrigation systems, pumping clean water with no solids up to +50 deg C.

Ram Pumps

The concept behind the ram idea is a "water hammer" shock wave.  Water has weight, so a volume of water moving at a certain speed has momentum - it doesn't want to stop immediately. If a moving water flow in a pipe encounters a suddenly closed valve, a pressure "spike" or increase suddenly appears due to all the water being stopped abruptly (that's what water hammer is - the pressure spike).
